Fried Chapaati Noodles

Instant breakfast...

Ingredients

  • Leftover Chapaati -2
  • Chopped French Beans -1/4 cup Chopped capsicum -1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot -1 Medium
  • Chopped onion -1 Medium
  • Chopped Tomato -1 Medium
  • Chilli flakes -1tsp
  • Chopped Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  • Chopped Potatoes -2 Medium
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder -1 tsp
  • Kitchen king Masala -1.5 tsp
  • Salt to taste 1 pinch
  • Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Peanuts -1/4 cup
  • Oil -3-4 tbs
  • Chopped capsicum -1/4 cup

Directions

First of all cut the chapaati into thin slices...

Now take 1 tbs of oil in a pan and add Potato slices and saute for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame...take out and keep a side....

Now take remaining oil in that pan and add Mustard seeds, chopped onions and Saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame...

Now add Veggies with dry spices....Mix well and stir fry for 8-9 minutes on low flame....add Potato also

Now add chapaati slices and mix properly..... stir fry for 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame....Add Roasted Peanuts and switch off the gas and add Coriander leaves.....

Garnish with tomato slices, lemon & coriander leaves....... Squeeze lemon and enjoy the taste.
