Baked Cheesy Chapaati Noodles

Cheesy Makeover Of Leftover Chapaati


  • Leftover Chapaati -2
  • French Beans -1/2 Cup
  • Grated carrot -1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Potatoes -1/2 Cup
  • Onion in slices -1 Medium
  • Chopped Capsicum -1/4 Cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes -1 Medium
  • Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder -1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Sambhar Masala -1.5 -2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted Peanuts -1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves - 8-10
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Cheese (Mozarella or processed)-1/2 Cup
  • Chaat masala -1/2 tsp -1 tsp


First of all cut the thin slices of Chapaati....

Then take a pan and add 1 tsp of oil and roast the chpaati slices for 1 minute on low flame...Take out in a plate and keep a side..

Now add 1 tbs of oil in that pan and add Potatoe and roast for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame.....Take out and keep a side

Now add remaining oil in that pan and add curry leaves, mustard seeds and stir then add Veggies and dry spices and saute for 7-8 minutes...Add roasted Peanuts , Coriander leaves and take out this mixture & keep a side.......

Now take a greased bakeware and make a layer of roasted chapaati & sprinkle some sambhar masala.....Then make a second layer of Veggie mixture.... sprinkle some Sambhar Masala again....

Now again make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some Sambhar Masala....Then make a veggie layer and sprinkle some sambhar masala..... sprinkle Coriander leaves and make a layer of Cheese..... place the tomato slices...

Bake this at 180?C for 15-20 minutes or untill the cheese melt.. Garnish with roasted Peanuts....... Serve hot
